As items are custom made, please make sure that the information given ( e.g NAME, DATE OF BIRTH etc) is correct when ordering your personalised items as they will not be able to be corrected afterwards and will not be eligible for a refund.
I will contact you before starting your customised item just to make sure that the information is correct.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
As stated in my listings, please be aware that as the Items are made to order that I will endeavour to get your finished piece to you within 2 weeks on receipt of payment. (If it is a bit longer, I will contact you to let you know.) But if you do need it sooner please let me know and I will do my best to get it done for you.

Canvases 50 cms and under will be recorded 1st class delivery at £5.95
Canvases above 50 cms will be sent by courier at £9.95
Each piece will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and brown paper and will need a signature on arrival.
