We want you to be happy with the goods and service that you receive from Summer Pudding. If however you decide that you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. In order to facilitate this please ensure that, should you wish to return your goods you should;
1. Contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your goods to inform us that you intend to return them. If your candles arrived damaged or you consider that there is a fault with them, please give details of this.
2. Return your item as quickly as possible using a registered form of postage. Again this protects you should there be any problems with receipt. Items should reach us no later than 14 days from the date you received them. Items should be returned in unused condition.
Your Account will be credited within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods and an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt and the credit.
There are naturally exceptions to the terms shown above, where for instance products are specially made to order. (If you are unsure that the items will be suitable I am always happy to make a sample at a nominal charge to ensure you are ordering exactly what you require.)

All items are posted second class Royal Mail unless you request another service at an additional cost. The reason for second class is that so many of my pieces are carefully priced and I dont want to make them seem expensive by adding an additional expensive postal service if it isnt needed.

A Proof of postage is always obtained and so, if for any reason your purchases are not received I will attempt to make a claim via Royal Mail but unless Recorded Delivery is paid for, a replacement item cannot be sent until the Royal Mail have refunded the original purchase price.
