Keepsakes

All our designs are original and are covered by copyright. It is an infringement of copyright to copy in full or in part any of the designs shown on this website.

Our keepsakes are handmade and hand painted to order so that your keepsake will truly be unique. We cold cast each one individually resulting in a ceramic-like ornament that is then hand finished, hand painted and decorated with extreme care and lots of love.

We put a great deal of effort into our colour choices and continuity of shades. Colours will be as close as possible to the website; unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour on your computer monitor. If the shade of a colour is very important to you please contact us and we will do our best to help. Samples of actual paint colours used are available and free of charge.
We carefully source the embellishments/ribbons etc we use to decorate and enhance the keepsakes. We aim to keep more than sufficient numbers in stock, however occasionally the embellishments /ribbons etc may vary slightly due to supplies being either temporarily or permanently unavailable.

Not a toy

All Truly for You keepsakes are fragile personalised decorative ornaments created truly for you. Whether you chose to order for yourself or give one as a gift, which includes a special message to a loved one or mark a special celebration or festivity, we must emphasise that our keepsakes are NOT TOYS. Being ornaments, purely intended for decorative use, naturally they are not designed for children under the age of 14 to play with and must always be kept well out of the reach of children. Any keepsakes you wish to display by hanging on a Christmas tree or similar must be hung at the top of the tree and always kept well out of the reach of children.

Packaging

The crystal-clear display box supplied with every keepsake is a "box for life" which protects your keepsake and ensures it stays in pristine condition. Important information regarding the safe use of the keepsake is also clearly visible through the box. Keepsakes should only be removed from the box when placing at the top of your tree or hung out of the reach of children. Safety guidelines must always be adhered to. The tissue paper is non-toxic and acid-free, and we would like to encourage customers to reuse it along with the gift wrap and external packaging. All our keepsakes have our contact details and website address on their reverse side and/or inside the clear display box. If you choose to add our gift wrap we want you to know that it is top quality silver glitter wrapping paper with a gift tag to match, curling ribbon is supplied as pictured but in a colour to complement your chosen keepsake.

Personalised Information

We cannot stress enough how important it is to spell a person's name correctly, often names sounding the same can be spelled very differently. Please always DOUBLE CHECK spellings of your loved one's name and any message, including dates etc before placing your order to avoid disappointment. Once we receive your order we start work on it immediately in order to despatch it as soon as possible, therefore mistakes CANNOT be rectified after your order has been placed. If you have accidentally provided incorrect or inaccurate information in your order then we cannot be held liable. Obviously if the mistake is ours then a full refund or replacement will be provided as soon as possible.

Payment

Goods are charged at the price shown on the date you place your order. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time, including postage costs. Full payment will be taken at time of order as the products are bespoke in nature.

Note: we may refuse to accept an order if requests for personalised messages contain content which may cause offence.

Refunds/Returns

Our refund/return policy does not apply to personalised keepsakes because they are individually made for you. We can ONLY accept returns of items that arrive damaged, are faulty or where an error has been made on our part in not carrying out your order request correctly. To receive a refund or replacement you MUST advise us within three working days of receipt if there is ANY problem. We require an email with a photograph attachment showing our error or the fault/damage to the goods, which is a speedy low cost alternative to you returning the keepsake. If you decide to return the keepsake by post we will not refund the return postage. Once we have received the photo email we will contact you to agree appropriate action in resolving the issue.

Privacy policy

Any information you provide will never be shared, rented, sold, or traded to any other party and is only used for the purpose you intended. We treat your details as personal and confidential.

By placing an order you are accepting and consenting to our terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy, as set out above.

We accept no liability for consequential loss and can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the product(s) purchased. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use this website.

Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Our aim is to post all orders within 3 business days by first-class post. We accept no responsibility for goods lost when we have despatched them to the address provided by you. We currently only deliver to destinations within mainland UK. We send our items by first-class post but we cannot be held liable for any delays caused after posting. Usually your order will arrive the next working day after posting, but from time to time this process may be delayed due to external factors, which are out of our control.

Failed Delivery

Where delivery has been attempted and the addressee has not collected the package or rearranged delivery promptly, the package may be returned to us. This may also occur if an incorrect delivery address has been provided. In these cases, we can resend your order at an agreed cost.
