RETURNS: I am happy to accept returns for any reason, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense (unless the item is found to be faulty). Please note, however, that it is not possible to return custom made or commissioned items.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY:
In order to ensure the pristine condition of your jewellery it is advisable to read the below:
Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold. Ideally store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch. Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together or tangle up.

* Wear Jewellery for appropriate tasks and avoid wearing rings when cleaning, gardening or performing sports related activities
* Don't let your jewellery come into contact with nail polish remover, perfume or hairspray
* Clean your jewellery regularly, use a professional jewellery cleaning product (always read the manufacturers instructions)
* When washing your hands (away from home) don't place your rings on the wash basin - remove them and place them in a pouch in your handbag / purse
* Never go swimming in your jewellery, Chlorine in swimming pools can damage jewellery

Sterling Silver will polish up by rubbing or buffing it with a soft cloth or a special Silver polish cloth. If you store Silver in a plastic bag with interlocking seal it will be less prone to tarnish. Sterling Silver naturally tarnishes in the open air.

UK Customers - For orders under £30, standard postage is by 1st class post and is free of charge. It is possible to upgrade your postage to the Special Delivery next day service, please contact me for details. (Please remember that, unlike Special Delivery, 1st class post is not trackable and does not provide any insurance against loss.) I always obtain a certificate of posting and will send confirmation to you via email as soon as your item is dispatched. For orders of £30 and over your items will be dispatched by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which guarantees delivery before 1pm the next day and is insured for the full value of your order. This service requires a signature upon delivery.
International Customers - For international orders I use the Royal Mail Airsure service, if available, or the most appropriate trackable service for your destination, so please allow a little longer for delivery (most services deliver within 3-5 working days). Please note that this service usually requires a signature upon delivery.
