I accept returns on most products except earrings (for hygiene reasons) and custom orders. If you return an undamaged, unworn item within 14 days in its original state with its original packaging and the receipt, I'll happily give you the option of a refund or exchange.
I recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items and keeping proof of postage. I cannot be held responsible for postage costs incurred or any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you would like an exchange, please note that postage will be charged for the item sent out in exchange.
Please note that some designs can be fragile – I always specify this clearly in the relevant descriptions – and I cannot be held responsible for breakages. All products will last for many years if you love them, take care of them and handle them appropriately. If you're concerned about the fragility of an item, please get in touch!
All items are lovingly packaged with great care – in the rare event that your item arrives broken (or doesn't arrive at all) please get in touch immediately. The sooner you let me know, the sooner I can work on sorting it out!
If you're not happy about something, please give me the opportunity to make it right and get in touch!

Care instructions:
- Although acrylic is water resistant, it isn't waterproof, so try not to get it wet – definitely don't swim or shower with your item.
- Wooden items must not be exposed to excessive moisture as it may swell and cause damage.
- The best way to clean your product is to use a soft cloth. For acrylic, you can use a damp lint-free cloth, but be careful not to scratch your item!

I aim to post all items within 2 working days of receiving your payment. If anything happens that means I can't do this, I'll let you know immediately!
Postage is charged at a flat rate (UK - £2.50, EU - £4.00, International - £6.00). The method of postage will depend on the value of your order (excluding postage). All items are sent 1st class within the UK and Royal Mail Airmail outside the UK up to a value of £20. For orders over £20 I use a tracked service like Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery for UK orders and Royal Mail Airsure for orders outside the UK.
When posting internationally, I cannot be held responsible, or be made to pay, for customs fees and charges. The buyer accepts the risk that sometimes these may be issued at random and is beyond my control.
If you need your items sooner, like an upcoming birthday, please let me know ASAP so I can keep that in mind. Unfortunately I can't promise I'll always be able to get your purchase to you quicker, but I do try my best!
