How long will the delivery take?

This really depends on individual products and sellers. All products displayed on WowThankYou are handmade or have a handmade element to them. Some products are ready for dispatch when you order them, but some are made to order or personalised to your specifications. The delivery If you want to make sure a product can be delivered in time for a special occasion, you are welcome to contact the seller directly and ask what are the current timescales.

Can I get next day delivery?

Some products are available for next day or special delivery. Please check individual product availability.

Where do you deliver?

Postage and packaging prices are determined by the individual sellers. The majority of P&P prices are for mainland UK delivery, unless otherwise stated. We can post products overseas, where offered. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact the seller first to discuss options and prices.

Do you post overseas?

Some sellers will post items overseas. Details are shown within the product description of a listing. Alternatively, contact the seller (via their shop) prior to ordering to see if they will post to an overseas address, and the associated postage costs for this.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

Delivery costs vary between suppliers and products. If you wish to purchase several items from the same supplier, a postage discount may be applicable. Every item on WowThankYou is handmade and many items are made on receipt of an order. Therefore the time it takes to receive your item depends on many factors, including whether the item is already made, and if not, the complexity of the work being undertaken. Each supplier will state in their product descriptions and Seller’s Terms the expected dispatch time and their chosen postal delivery service.

Who posts the items?

Purchased items will be sent to you direct from the seller. WowThankYou has no direct involvement in the assembly/making of items, or the packaging and posting of them.

What if I'm not in when a delivery is made?

Don’t worry. Most deliveries within the UK will be made by Royal Mail. For items too large for your letterbox, or requiring a signature, they will post a card through your door. You can either take the card to your local parcel depot to collect it, or you can phone to request it is redelivered. Deliveries by other postal services and couriers will also leave a card saying they’ve called, but no one was at home. There’ll be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day.

What is your refunds policy?

You can view the full WowThankYou Terms & Conditions here. On top of that each seller might have their own returns policy, depending on what type of product they sell. The seller’s return policy can be viewed in their storefront. Not all products are returnable (namely personalised and made to order items), so please do read both the WowThankYou Terms & Conditions and the seller’s own returns policy before ordering.

Who do I return my order to?

You need to return the item directly to the individual seller. You can find their contact details on your order/confirmation form.

How long do I have to return my item?

Please do let the seller know as soon as you can that you wish to return the item. Check the seller’s own return policy before posting back to them.

Who is responsible for the return postage cost?

Unless the individual seller offers a ‘free returns’ service, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

When can I expect my refund?

The timescale for refunds and returns is agreed between yourself and the individual seller and normally processed within 7 working days once the returned item reached the seller.

Returns policy

We have a no quibble return policy, although personalised or made to order items are not included unless faulty and at each seller's discression. If for any reason you would like a refund or exchange, you must notify the seller in writing within 14 days of receiving the item. Goods must be returned directly to the seller in protective/adequate packaging, using a traceable postal service. The item must arrive with the seller in perfect condition. Postage costs for returned items are at the customer’s expense. Neither WowThankYou nor the seller is responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. In the event of an item being faulty or damaged, you should notify the seller in the first instance before posting the item back to the seller. Bespoke and personalised items are non-returnable.
