I AM BASED IN THE UK. If you are ordering outside the UK, please remember to order in advance if they are needed for a certain date.

The responsibility rests with buyers to ensure the address supplied is correct. If paying by PayPal, orders are sent to the PayPal address, unless instructed otherwise. I will not accept responsibility for packages which are lost or delayed due to the incorrect addresses being supplied.

Other orders are sent within 2 - 3 days by Airmail OR International Tracked and Signed Delivery, dependant on order size and value.

I send most international orders by Standard Airmail, depending on value, which does NOT include tracking information.

UK: 2 - 6 working days once dispatched.
EUROPE: 7 - 20 working days once dispatched, but sometimes longer.
USA & CANADA: 14 - 28 working days once dispatched, but sometimes longer.
WORLD: 14 - 35 working days once dispatched, but sometimes longer.

If you haven't received your order after 25 working days please contact me so that I can start the claims process and offer a refund / replacement (please contact me sooner if you're worried).
