Handcrafted Marzipan Covered in Dark Belgian Chocolate
This egg-free marzipan is handmade to my own special recipe using finely ground almonds to give a smooth texture. It is then enrobed in fine quality dark Belgian chocolate and hand decorated.
A standard batch of marzipan is dipped in dark chocolate with 55% cocoa mass. However, if you would like yours enrobed with a more intense dark chocolate or in milk or white chocolate, please message me when ordering.
The marzipan in the photos is topped with gold sugar crystals. When making this for Christmas orders the decoration is seasonal, for example a sugar snowflake and/or edible gilding powder.
